Producer Summary: Williams & Humbert has been crafting Sherry award-winning since 1877. Founded by two intrepid Englishmen in Jerez de la Frontera, Williams & Humbert is today internationally recognized for the quality of its portfolio. The Williams & Humbert winery is located in the Sherry Triangle, a region with a unique microclimate.

Short Tasting Note: Fine ripe, very dry in the mouth and with a perfect acidity. It has body, assertive and elegant with a long finish.

Long Tasting Notes: The grapes of this fine come from our vineyard Las Conchas, in the upper Jerez region of Pago Balbaina. A very mature Fino, aged under Flor for a minimum of 8 years. Sharp, intense and complex aromas of yeast with an almond touch, characteristic of a long aging under veil flower. Very dry in the mouth with a perfect level of acidity. It has body, assertive and elegant with a long finish.
