Brief tasting note: Pale straw color, with bright golden nuances and very clear aroma.

Long Tasting Notes: Made with 100% Palomino, Pando Fino is produced by the first gravity pressing of the grapes. Sherry is biologically aged under Flor, a natural layer of yeast for more than 5 years. Sharp yeast nose, almond, very dry and light in the mouth.
