Short Tasting Notes: It is bright amber, deep but delicate bouquet with notes of nuts. Wide in the mouth, harmonious and mellow.

Long tasting notes: First of all, the wines of Jerez Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez have a minimum aging of 3 years in the Dry Sack Criaderas. After this aging period, these Sherry wines are blended and added to the Criadera and Solera de Saco Seco for an additional aging of more than 3 years. This gives a minimum parenting time of 6 years. It is bright amber, deep but delicate aroma with hints of nuts. Wide in the mouth, harmonious and mellow.
