Brief tasting note: Golden amber, dry style, with a deep woody aroma of vanilla and walnuts. Soft, round, mellow, elegant and full-bodied.

Long Tasting Notes: This Amontillado comes from Manzanilla, so it has been initially aged in Sanlucar De Barrameda. It is then aged for a minimum of 30 years (Very Old Rare Sherry) in our wineries in Jerez through the oxidative aging process in the Criadera and Soleras 'Jalifa'. Golden amber color. Dry and deep woody aroma of vanilla and walnuts. Soft, round, mellow, elegant and full-bodied.
