Producer Summary: Williams & Humbert has been crafting Sherry award-winning since 1877. Founded by two intrepid Englishmen in Jerez de la Frontera, Williams & Humbert is today internationally recognized for the quality of its portfolio. The Williams & Humbert winery is located in the Sherry Triangle, a region with a unique microclimate.

Short Tasting Notes: Dark amber / bright mahogany. It combines the delicate and spicy nose of the Amontillados with the structure and roundness of the Olorosos with a clean and crunchy flavor.

Long Tasting Notes: A rarity, produced through oxidation aging of exceptionally fine wines. A delicate Fino or Chamomile where the Flower is not fully formed and breaks. Aging therefore with the oxidative process for a minimum of 20 years (Very Old Sherry). Dark amber / bright mahogany. It combines the delicate and sharp nose of the Amontillados with the structure and roundness of the Olorosos. Clean and crunchy taste.
